A Jersey's Journey

When I was in eighth grade, I found an old ECU Pirates jersey in my grandpa's attic. It was worn and faded, but I could still see the skull logo. My grandpa told me it was his from when he was young. He said it reminded him of his college days and the fun times he had watching football.
I asked if I could keep it, and he smiled and said yes. I wore it to school the next day, and my friends loved it. The jersey had a story, and I felt connected to my grandpa through it. It became a treasure, reminding me of family and tradition.
